CHS

Structure is very important for writing.

Paragraph:

Describe

I.                Topic sentence – not too long, not too short, and it has to grab the reader's attention. Not boring. Somewhat special and different than everyday.

II.            Physical appearance – help the reader create a mental picture of your friend. Use the reader's imagination
focus on character – specific things, hobbies, interests
how you interact with that person. What is your connection.

III.       Conclusion: summary. Paraphrase what you said.
here – say what you think and how you feel about this person.

Always start with a prewrite: brainstorm ideas for 2 minutes.
