Homework

1.   P40 answer the question: What are the important qualities in a friend? – make notes to yourself; follow the steps in the book, and be prepared to communicate it verbaly with your classmates in small groups.

2.   Writing: page 41-43. Read through and do steps 1 and 2. You need to have  a first draft for the next time. Check the example paragraph in the book.

3.   Look at page 44 – this is what we did in the last few classes. Think if you have any questions about he material so far.

4.   Page 45: choose a book to read daily. The ESL section at the library is a great resource. You may choose another book.  Read a few pages daily. If adapted books are easy, borrow another one from the "fiction" section. It's better to be a story know to you in your language.
